Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3-5 years buy-side experience in M&A.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution (Fluid Process/related markets).
• Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within SunSource's strategic focus.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership and Board.
• Manage M&A pipeline and transaction processes, including negotiations.
