SunSource, a leading industrial distribution company, seeks an M&A Manager to drive profitable growth through acquisition strategy and execution. You will identify targets in fluid process technologies, manage due diligence, negotiate deals, and lead post‑acquisition integration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
• 3–5 years of buy-side experience identifying target companies and initiating buy/sell process in Mergers and Acquisitions.
• 10+ years of experience within Industrial Distribution, with demonstrated experience in Fluid Process or related markets.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and strong internet research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel minimum of 50% of the time; role can be remote but home-based near a major airport.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SunSource's acquisition strategy across functions.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within Fluid Process and adjacent markets.
• Lead due diligence, deal negotiation, and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Create executive presentation materials and communicate rationale and plans to senior leadership and Board.
