Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or sales.
• 3-5 years of buy-side experience identifying target companies and initiating buy/sell processes in M&A.
• 10+ years of experience within Industrial Distribution, with experience in Fluid Process or related markets.
• Proficient MS Office tools; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time; role can be remote near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of industrial segments and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Evaluate acquisition targets for strategic fit and value creation.
• Lead transaction process including relationship development, deal negotiation, due diligence, and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and document best-practice deal structuring and integration plans.
• Present business rationale and integration strategies to senior leadership and Board.
