In this role, you will lead a high‑performing team, drive executive compensation and equity governance, and modernize operations to deliver a best‑in‑class rewards program that supports Alteryx's growth and talent strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a complex organization.
- Experience transforming Total Rewards through technology, automation, and AI.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Payroll and AI & Transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and unify global Total Rewards strategy across compensation and benefits.
- Partner with Talent Experience & Development to align rewards with employee lifecycle.
- Build partnerships across P&C, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation.
- Drive modernization of Total Rewards operations with technology and automation.
