Job summary

Inverse Technology Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Desktop Computer Support Technician to provide technical end-user support, troubleshoot devices, manage tickets, and assist with hardware, software, and network-related problems. A strong work ethic and customer service skills are essential, with prior technical support experience preferred.

The role requires the ability to handle Windows environments and communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

Experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk or IT Support roles.
Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Basic networking knowledge and ticketing systems experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve end-user technical support requests in a timely manner.
Document, track and update support tickets using the company system.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, software and peripheral issues.
Install and maintain hardware, OS, and business applications.
Provide support for Windows environments, email, and productivity software.
Assist with user accounts, password resets, and access management.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Document incidents, resolutions and procedures accurately.
Assist with hardware deployments and workstation replacements.
Communicate technical information to non-technical users with excellent customer service.
Participate in after-hours and on-call support.
