Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Clinical Business Development Executive to grow profitable sales with current customers and to develop business with new prospects in the Midwest region. The role requires engaging potential clients, negotiating terms, and traveling to industry events as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of related experience, strong communication, and a background in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing within a CDMO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5–10 years related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, and professional writing.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients in designated regions via email and calls.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand services sold.
• Collaborate with proposals team to pursue opportunities and pricing.
• Travel for meetings, tradeshows, and client engagements as needed.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations to share industry knowledge.
