Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements and emerging trends. You will work with Engineering and Business Development to demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across multi-domain environments.

Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs, with remote-work options depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; 2–5 years in defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is required.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Develop technical demos for low-signature, tactical-edge needs.
