Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead client engagements from concept to launch, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring solutions meet client needs and regulatory standards. You will mentor analysts, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts in the pharmaceutical space.

The role requires strong project leadership, experience in managed markets, and ability to travel 15–50% depending on project assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
• 4 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience with broad experience in sales, managed care, marketing and/or managed care analytics.
• Experience in Commercial Strategy with leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements from concept through launch.
• Manage projects including internal and external resources for design, development and delivery of client solutions.
• Mentor, coach and share expertise to elevate capabilities for delivering solutions.
• Act as key client contact, manage proposals and ensure bid integrity.
• Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market.
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership in client and delivery teams.
• Identify business development opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.
• Deliver findings to clients and support presentations.
