Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements, overseeing projects from concept through launch and ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves mentoring analysts, coordinating work streams, and communicating with clients and executives. Travel ranges from 15% to 50% depending on project assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 4 years in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or related experience.
• Experience in leadership, client needs assessment, and delivering practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and resources for client solutions from design to delivery.
• Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches for client questions.
• Mentor and coach analysts and consultants on the team.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage proposals and bid integrity.
• Ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of findings.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market.
• Provide direction to clients and delivery teams; participate in meetings.
• Identify business development opportunities and coordinate follow-up.
