Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking a Client Services Associate Manager to lead or co-lead analyst engagements for AccessGenius, a pharmaceutical cost and coverage platform.

You will oversee projects from concept through launch, ensuring client needs, quality, and regulatory requirements are met while mentoring analysts. The role requires strong client management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of pharmaceutical, Managed Markets consulting, or managed markets agency experience.
• Defined experience in Commercial Strategy with leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience building relationships with senior managers and executives in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including internal and external resources for design, development and delivery of client solutions.
• Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions.
• Mentor and share expertise to elevate capabilities for delivering solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage proposals and bid integrity.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after project delivery.
• Grow knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job learning.
• Provide direction and leadership to clients and delivery teams in meetings.
• Identify business development opportunities and coordinate follow-up efforts.
• Contribute to client records and presentations and deliver findings to clients.
• Lead ad hoc work streams on people-related issues such as recruitment and development.
• Ensure clear communication throughout projects.
• Travel 15-50% depending on project.
