Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead or co-lead pharmaceutical cost and coverage analytics engagements on client projects. You will manage cross-functional teams from concept through launch, ensuring client needs, quality standards and regulatory requirements are met while mentoring analysts and consultants.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience with broad experience in sales, managed care, marketing and/or managed care analytics.
• Experience in Commercial Strategy, leadership in multi-disciplinary teams, and translating client needs into deliverables.
• Experience building relationships with senior managers and executives in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage project(s) including internal and external resources in design, development and delivery of client solutions.
• Mentor and share SME to elevate capabilities and deliver solutions.
• Serve as key client contact, manage proposals and bid integrity.
• Identify business development opportunities and coordinate follow-up.
• Travel 15–50% depending on assignment.
