Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead and mentor analysts on client engagements within AccessGenius. You will manage projects from concept through launch, ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction, and collaborate with executives to deliver insights.

The role requires proximity to our Indianapolis office or the Northeast US with remote flexibility, 15-50% travel, and a strong background in pharmaceuticals, managed markets, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 4 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience required.
• Leadership and influence in multi-disciplinary teams; client needs assessment; deliverables.
• Experience building relationships with senior-level managers in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with internal and external resources from design to delivery of client solutions.
• Identify strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions.
• Mentor and coach team members to deliver world-class solutions.
• Serve as key client contact, manage proposals and bid integrity.
• Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead ad hoc work streams on people-related issues such as recruitment and development.
