Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to own low/mid complexity projects across client accounts. You will collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology teams to plan, activate, and deliver results with risk awareness.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of relevant experience in agency/pharma settings, strong communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budgets. Hybrid/remote options apply where feasible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in an agency/pharma setting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration
• Solid presentation and client-facing abilities
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets
• Comfort leading client and internal meetings

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for client for low/mid complexity work
• Solicit client direction and input; manage expectations
• Prioritize and organize work across client responsibilities
• Identify and mitigate project risks early
• Translate client interactions into actionable direction
• Deliver high quality work that exceeds expectations
• Manage pricing, budgets, reconciliation, and invoicing
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology
• Define and activate project work with partners
• Lead scoping and estimation of low/mid complexity work
• Monitor tasks and assign resources
• Lead client and team meetings
• Ensure revenue targets are met for the month
• Work with Account management on accurate financial projections
