Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and multiple agency departments to coordinate projects. The role emphasizes planning, meeting management, workflow understanding, and proactive communication to keep work on track.

The position offers growth opportunities, SOW review, and exposure to best practices in a dynamic agency setting. Some travel may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to manage projects.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings; take notes and provide recaps.
• Understand and advocate for workflow processes and team roles.
• Lead project routing and ensure quality assurance at each step.
• Communicate proactively to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Identify best practices and opportunities for growth and advancement.
