Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead client engagements, guide project delivery, and mentor analysts. The role supports AccessGenius, a pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, with travel of 15–50% depending on project assignment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA is preferred, with 4 years in Pharmaceuticals or managed markets consulting. Strong MS Office and data tools experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Masters or MBA preferred.
• 4 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with internal and external resources from design to delivery.
• Mentor and coach analysts and consultants on the team.
• Serve as key client contact and manage proposal development and bid integrity.
• Deliver findings to clients and ensure satisfaction and value.
