Job summary

Elation is seeking an experienced RCM Sales Engineer to serve as the revenue cycle SME in the sales process, aligning billing workflows with Elation's platform for small to mid-market practices. Remote, US-based role with collaboration across AE, CS, and Product teams.

You will conduct live discovery, lead demos, and translate payer and practice pain points into product solutions, driving customer value and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management consulting, medical billing, or general RCM.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end billing workflows across primary care and specialty settings.
• Interest in AI-enabled billing workflows.
• Ability to map pain points to product solutions during live discovery.
• Executive presence to engage expert billing teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RCM SME for Elation with sales, marketing and enablement.
• Lead RCM-focused demos for small to mid-market prospects (3-10+ providers).
• Conduct live discovery with practice staff and billing teams.
• Assist existing customers in improving operations with Elation.
• Understand cash flow and economics to show financial impact.
• Collaborate with Product Management on expertise and roadmap opportunities.
• Educate internal teams on Elation's revenue cycle capabilities.
• Support sales enablement with RCM expertise.
