PromptCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, RCM Projects to drive revenue cycle recovery initiatives across rental billing, denials, and held A/R.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage vendor teams, and optimize Brightree configurations to maximize revenue recovery and process efficiency. Strong analytics, Excel skills, and healthcare billing knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing, with project or vendor management experience.
• Hands-on Brightree experience or equivalent platform for billing and rev cycle tasks.
• Strong understanding of A/R, denials, cash posting, and payer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recovery projects from planning to closure, prioritizing by dollar impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contracted vendors to optimize Brightree workflows.
• Define success metrics and report progress to revenue cycle leadership.
• Translate findings into SOPs and remediation actions to sustain gains.
