Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead revenue cycle management activities across domestic and offshore teams. You will optimize patient and payor accounts receivable, reduce denials, and drive process improvements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role collaborates with front-line staff and department leaders to develop KPIs, monitor trends, and ensure compliance with current billing regulations.

Qualifications

• Associated degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years’ work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.
• Two (2) HME claims experience is preferred.
• Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment experience that routinely bills insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees designated Revenue Cycle Management domestic and offshore staff to ensure all RCM functions are worked within the established timeframes.
• Overall responsible for day-to-day management and processes of RCM team regardless of location.
• Creates daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs for RCM offshore staff and tracks ongoing metrics.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and resolves insurance billing issues.
• Trains and develops team members and handles escalated calls to resolve complex issues.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of current AdaptHealth products and services.

Education

Associated degree from an accredited college

Advanced degree preferred
