Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to oversee revenue cycle operations across domestic and offshore teams. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, reducing denials, and ensuring accurate insurance billing while aligning with company policies.

The position requires a healthcare-related associate degree (advanced degree preferred) and 3 years’ experience in health-care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services. Prior HME claims exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.
• Two (2) years HME claims experience preferred.
• Experience in Medicare certified HME/IV/HH environments that bill insurance is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RCM domestic and offshore staff to meet timelines.
• Manage day-to-day RCM operations across locations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for RCM teams; track trends and publish metrics.
• Ensure compliance with billing procedures and insurance regulations.
• Train staff and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle escalated calls and inter-department billing issues to reduce denials.
