Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Revenue Cycle Management to drive end-to-end client onboarding for our healthcare platform.

This remote role supports clients across the United States, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of billing and clinical workflows. You will lead testing, data conversion, and payer integrations while training client teams and ensuring on-time milestone delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two areas: Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Understanding of clearinghouse operations, ERAs and eligibility checks.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST).
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical billing, EMR/EHR systems, and scheduling software.
• Experience in a medical office, billing office, client service, IT, or support desk is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementation.
• Configure the Raintree system for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, fee schedules, payer setups, and charge capture.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission, remittance, and EFT/EDI integrations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and timelines with clearinghouses.
• Perform end-to-end testing from scheduling to final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on processes and reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones are met and provide progress updates to clients.
• Assist sales in hand-offs of new clients and post-implementation support.
