Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our Professional Services team.

This fully remote role can be performed from designated US states and focuses on configuring Raintree's RCM workflows, training client teams, and guiding healthcare organizations through EDI and clearinghouse integrations. Ideal candidates have strong experience in RCM operations, knowledge of therapy billing, and the ability to manage end-to-end

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management/medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST), including Medicare Part B rules and modifiers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application focusing on revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers through key product milestones.
• Lead end-to-end testing of electronic claim submission, EFTs, and ERA connections.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
• Ensure milestones are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
