Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to manage client implementations remotely.

You will coordinate every phase from setup to testing of billing workflows, eligibility verification, and electronic data interchange (EDI) integrations, while training client teams and ensuring on-time delivery. You will serve as the primary client contact, align configurations with payer requirements, and collaborate with clearinghouses to

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing workflows (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and ERAs, eligibility, and claim scrubbers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations and payer setups to optimize claim rates and AR Days.
• Lead setup, testing of electronic claim submission, remittance advice, and EFT/EPI/ERA connections.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
• Train client billing teams through product milestones and provide ongoing support.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Assist sales in hand-off of new clients and post-implementation support.
