Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our remote team.

You will manage client implementations, configure the Raintree modules for billing, claims submission, and eligibility, and train client staff to ensure a smooth go-live. Requirements include aBachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry to AR management).
• Understanding of clearinghouse operations and electronic claim formats (ERAs, eligibility, scrubbers).
• Familiarity with therapy billing (PT/OT/ST) and Medicare Part B rules.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software.
• Experience in medical office billing, customer service, or IT support.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation for clients in RCM.
• Configure Raintree modules for revenue cycle workflows for clients.
• Assist with EDI/EFT/ERA setup and clearinghouse integrations.
• Lead client training and hand off to support.
• Ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Coordinate data conversion and testing.
