Job summary

ModMed is hiring a remote Associate RCM Client Advisor to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this entry-level, client-facing role, you will handle day-to-day transactional tasks, including client emails, support cases, and phone calls, ensuring timely handling within a 48-hour SLA.

You will triage claim-level issues, educate practice staff on best practices, and work with internal teams to resolve trends while maintaining high CSAT scores and identifying opportunities to expand ModMed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Medical Billing Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client inquiries and transactional questions regarding charges, payments, and claims.
• Triage cases, review claim performance, and educate practice staff on best practices.
• Escalate trends and issues to ensure client health and reduce churn.
• Support ~20 client accounts with cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with risk mitigation plans and identify opportunities for ModMed services.
