Job summary

ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) is hiring an Associate RCM Client Advisor to join our Revenue Cycle Management team in Boca Raton. This entry-level, client-facing role handles emails, cases, and calls, triages claims, and supports office staff to keep daily health and CSAT high.

You will work with Client Advisors to resolve issues, identify trends, and help expand ModMed services while maintaining strong documentation and process awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Medical billing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client emails, support cases, and transactional questions with 48-hour SLA.
• Conduct claim denial reviews, balance reviews, and demographic reviews with staff.
• Triages inquiries and escalates large claim issues to appropriate teams.
• Support ~20 client accounts with strong service and documentation.
