Job summary

MedHQ, LLC is seeking a RCM Client Integration Specialist to coordinate onboarding of new RCM clients post contract through go-live. You will work with RCM Operations, Coding, Billing, IT, Data Analytics, HR, Training, and Client Success to ensure milestones are met.

You will monitor readiness, facilitate communication, and support the client during 30/60/90-day post-go-live to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related field.
• Experience working with multiple RCM functions such as coding, billing, AR, denials, and posting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new RCM clients post-contract through handoff.
• Develop client-specific implementation timelines, checklists, and trackers.
• Coordinate activities across RCM Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, IT, Data Analytics, HR, Training, and Client Success.
• Manage go-live readiness, testing, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare 30/60/90-day post-go-live reviews and transition to ongoing operations.
