LifeStance Health is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the RCM staff, train and monitor performance, and maintain an efficient, compliant operation. This is a remote role with flexibility to sit in any LifeStance location state.

The role offers a compensation range of $61,000–$73,000 annually with potential bonus and robust benefits. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in medical billing/RCM with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of UB-04/EOB/A/R/CPT/ICD-9, and excellent

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years in medical billing/RCM with leadership experience.
• Advanced UB-04, EOB, A/R, CPT and ICD-9 knowledge.
• Strong HIPAA/compliance and payer-specific know-how.
• MS Office proficiency; Excel/Word skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RCM staff and lead performance management.
• Train and monitor staff; ensure timely, accurate work.
• Optimize workload balance; reduce rework and costs.
• Identify issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Mentor team; promote morale, engagement, and growth.
• Document meetings; respond to requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with PHI handling and security policies.
