LifeStance Health is hiring a Remote Medical Billing Coordinator to support accurate billing for a national mental health practice. The role collaborates with the team to ensure complete and compliant billing, while maintaining timely revenue cycle activities.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of medical billing experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. A bonus is possible; benefits are provided along with competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Two years of medical billing experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams); automated billing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of full revenue cycle processes with insurance (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties in a professional demeanor interacting with plans, clinics, patients, and team members.
• Maintain current information on correct and lawful billing practices.
• Participate in daily revenue cycle management processes for timely completion.
• Support leadership with reporting needs and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify issues related to payor behavior or workflow and communicate to leadership.
