Qualifications

• Minimum two years of medical billing experience.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and payers (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Experience in a virtual team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date billing standards and payer practices.
• Support RCM processes with timely, accurate tasks and reporting.
• Identify issues and communicate with leadership on workflow improvements.
• Other duties as needed.
