Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare industry; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, APP).

Responsibilities

• Manage overall customer experience within target accounts; build relationships with providers and staff.
• Develop account objectives and strategies; plan quarterly strategic sessions.
• Coordinate execution of account strategies and track progress.
• Engage and educate care teams (MDs, NPs, PAs) on PAH therapies and patient access.
• Support care team with approved resources and address access/coverage issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan events and education in territory.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
