Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease PAH Account Specialist to cover assigned accounts in the United States with up to 25% travel.

You will build relationships with providers, support formulary access, and design account strategies to meet local needs. You will engage care teams, provide approved disease and product information, and support education events in designated territories, focusing on PAH products and patient access programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in healthcare industry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall customer experience within target accounts and act as cross-functional contact.
• Develop account objectives, strategies, and tactics with stakeholders to align on market needs.
• Plan quarterly strategic sessions with key stakeholders to refine account plans.
• Coordinate execution of account strategies and track progress toward goals.
• Provide disease and product information to care team members and assist with patient access questions.
• Collaborate with HQ and other teams to host medical education events within territory.
