Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a high-performing field sales professional to achieve territory sales goals by promoting rare disease products to physicians in the Milwaukee, WI area.

You will educate clinicians on product indications, manage promotional materials, travel up to 70%, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize access and outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $190,000 with a quarterly commission plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 5-7+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven record of sustaining high sales performance (Top 10%) and national awards.
• 2+ years promoting rare disease products preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate specialty physicians on rare disease products through meetings and presentations.
• Meet territory sales goals while adhering to ethics and compliance guidelines.
• Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory regional activities.
• Support targeted customers with approved resources and materials.
• Manage promotional materials and equipment per compliance guidelines.
• Ensure optimal territory sales strategy using business plans and reports.
• Attend company-sponsored sales/medical meetings.
• Aim for sales and activity goals through defined metrics.
• Pursue continuous learning in sales techniques and product knowledge.
