Job summary

Stepful is seeking a Curriculum Developer to build a Radiologic Technology program—an accredited, two-year degree track. You will lead content creation, assessments, and alignment to certification standards, while maintaining high quality and collaborating with internal teams.

The role is remote, contract-based, and requires strong writing skills and healthcare education experience. You will work async-first, with limited synchronous meetings, and contribute to a program designed to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, STEM, or related healthcare field.
• 3+ years of experience developing online curriculum in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with async-first collaboration and scheduling flexibility.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, online curriculum for a two-year Radiologic Technology program.
• Create course content and assessments aligned to certification and accreditation standards.
• Follow Stepful content development standards and formats.
• Collaborate with internal Stepful team and adhere to accreditation timelines.
• Maintain rigorous quality control for accuracy and relevance of content.
• Explore new modalities like skill labs and virtual simulations to enhance learning.
• Participate in 1–2 synchronous meetings per week during Eastern hours.
