Job summary

Refrigerated Solutions Gr is seeking a Quotations Specialist to prepare quotation packages based on product content and customer specifications. You will ensure quotes are technically compatible and competitive while interfacing with internal teams.

The role requires interpreting customer requirements, strong organizational skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. This is a remote, full-time position reporting to the Quotations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical customer support experience.
• Ability to read customer specifications and offer products that meet needs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quotation software and price lists.
• Flexible to adapt as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Apply product knowledge to quote effective solutions meeting customer needs.
• Interface with internal departments to develop timely offers with value creation for customer and company.
• Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions.
• Document customers' specific requirements, needs and concerns.
• Use quotation software tools including catalogs, price lists, websites, etc.
• Maintain and organize copies of quotations and support materials.
• Ensure effective communication between customers, outside sales, and internal staff.
