Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Quotations Specialist based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will develop accurate quotations for multifamily and hospitality renovation projects, interpret drawings and BOMs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure current pricing and lead times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction-related quotations or estimating.
• Experience with multiple estimating platforms (PlanSwift, QuoteSoft, BidTracer, Salesforce).
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive quotations from project specs, drawings and BOMs.
• Provide pricing guidance to sales, PMs and leadership to protect margins.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability and lead times.
• Independently manage high-value, complex quotation opportunities.
• Deliver completed quotations to sales, customers, builders and contractors.
• Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to improve margins.
• Follow SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with pricing, systems and operations teams on initiatives.
