Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing/cryptography in large org or Govt.
• Expertise in quantum mechanics, algorithms and information theory.
• Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper, MS Quantum Kit).
• Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and NIST standards.
• Experience with simulation tools and project management.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test cryptographic algorithms with quantum-resistant focus.
• Lead PQC migration plans and policy guidance aligned with NIST standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate quantum risk to leadership.
