Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing and cryptography
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
• Expertise in quantum mechanics, algorithms, and information theory

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python, C++, and Java for cryptographic algorithms implementation and testing
• Advise on quantum resistant algorithm migration and PQC implementation
• Assess cryptographic inventory and migration priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate quantum risk to leadership
• Provide policy guidance aligned with NIST PQC standards (FIPS 203, 204, 205)
