Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing and cryptography in large orgs or government agencies.
• Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover) and quantum information theory.
• Experience with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and NIST PQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python, C++, and Java to implement and test cryptographic algorithms.
• Advise on migration to quantum resistant algorithms and PQC strategies.
• Assess cryptographic inventory and identify migration priorities.
