Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training, Quality Assurance & Testing Analyst to support the BOSC program. This fully remote role requires coordinating with Team Leads to develop test plans, execute manual and automated testing, and document results.

You will create training materials, assess program effectiveness, and help implement continuous process improvements across contact center operations. Employment requires CMS vetting after offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of Help Desk experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans with Team Lead/Manager.
• Write and implement manual and automated QA test plans from requirements and design specs.
• Create and maintain automated test cases where applicable.
• Execute and document testing activities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of testing results from manual and automated testing.
• Investigate and propose methods for continuous process improvement.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new hires and staff.
• Assess training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Create, update and maintain KBAs, SOPs, and training materials.
