Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required or equivalent experience.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans with Team Lead/Manager, using requirements and design specs.
• Create and execute manual and automated test plans and cases.
• Analyze testing results and drive improvements to processes and quality.
• Develop training materials for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Deliver training sessions and assess training effectiveness.
