Job summary

Maximus is seeking Limited-Service Quality Assurance Coordinators for a remote role in the United States. You will review and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with program standards.

Responsibilities include completing QA scorecards, analyzing performance trends, providing coaching and constructive feedback to agents and supervisors, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be willing and able to accept a limited-service position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards, contractual requirements, and metrics.
• Assist with developing strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze project reports and performance indicators.
• Identify staff knowledge gaps and plan training to address them.
• Monitor quality assurance activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Track performance to meet contractual requirements and update procedures as needed.
• Develop staff resources materials and quick references.
• Support staff training as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
