The role involves completing QA scorecards, analyzing performance trends, and coaching agents and supervisors to drive continuous improvement. A high school diploma with 0–2 years’ related experience is required, with potential supervision duties.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to accept a limited-service position.
• Experience evaluating staff against project standards and performance measures.
• Strong communication for coaching and feedback.
• Ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with QA processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff quality against project standards and performance measures.
• Assist with strategy development to improve performance.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute project reports and KPIs.
• Assess staff knowledge needs and develop training plans.
• Conduct QA monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain staff materials and workflows.
• Provide training support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Stay up-to-date on client operations policies.
