Job summary

Healthcentric Advisors seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist to recruit and support hospitals in quality improvement projects across Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. This role blends healthcare quality improvement expertise, recruiting, and project management to drive impactful initiatives.

You will coach teams, manage timelines, and facilitate trainings with remote work options and some regional travel. RN required with 3+ years hospital RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years hospital RN experience.
• 3+ years in health care quality improvement (hospital preferred).
• Experience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership development.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and quality programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Advanced remote work technology experience.
• Experience maintaining a CRM database.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll hospitals to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders.
• Provide quality improvement coaching and technical assistance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and participation tracking.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessions.
