Job summary

Northeast Arc in Massachusetts is seeking an RN Quality Improvement Specialist to support quality assurance and performance improvement across the organization. You will monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, collect and analyze data on quality and client care, and collaborate with leadership on improvement opportunities.

The role requires an RN license in MA, with at least five years of nursing experience and knowledge of home health regulations.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience; home health and quality improvement exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and quality improvement principles required.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation, and agency requirements; promote evidence-based practices and quality outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality, client care, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities with leadership and support corrective action planning.
• Interpret regulatory requirements, conduct audits, and monitor quality initiatives.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Promote survey readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations.
