CVS Health in Texas is seeking an experienced registered nurse focused on quality improvement to evaluate and enhance healthcare services in line with regulatory standards. You will analyze workflows, support performance initiatives, and prepare materials for POSC forums and council discussions.

The role requires strong data analytics, collaboration across stakeholders, and expertise in HEDIS and STARs. You will train healthcare professionals on performance metrics and contribute to policy

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in clinical, case management, quality/compliance or HEDIS roles.
• Deep knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develops and monitors quality improvement programs aligned with standards.
• Implements performance interventions and tracks process/outcome measures.
• Coordinates POSC workplans and facilitations for forums/councils.
• Contributes to policy development to improve care and safety.
• Engages stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Stays current on quality research and best practices in healthcare.
• Provides training on HEDIS/CAHPS related performance and measures.
• Supports senior sponsors to advance quality initiatives.
