Duly Health and Care is seeking a Quality Improvement Nurse to support quality initiatives and improve clinical outcomes. This role partners with providers, clinics, and leadership to identify gaps, enhance medication adherence, and drive performance programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, 2+ years of RN experience in primary care or population health, and a proactive, adaptable mindset. Remote work is supported with in-office travel to Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifikationen
