A prestigious healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement RN to manage and monitor quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Connecticut and 3-5 years of Managed Care experience. Responsibilities include analyzing procedures, collecting performance data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Formación

• 3-5 years of Managed Care experience or Chart Review.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement.
• Ability to analyze and modify procedures for quality improvement.

Job Description

Job Title: Quality Improvement RN

Are you an experienced RN with Quality Improvement experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Position Summary:

As the Quality Improvement RN, you would be responsible for managing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

More Insight into Daily Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, updates, and modifies procedures and processes to continually improve QI operations
• Collects and summarizes performance data
• Monitors and analyzes outcomes to ensure goals, objectives, outcomes, accreditation and regulatory requirements are met
• Participates in site visit preparation and execution by regulatory and accreditation agencies (State agencies, CMS, AAAHC, URAC, NCQA,EQRO)

Qualifications

What We Look For:

• Clear and active RN license in state of CT
• 3-5 years of Managed Care experience/Chart Review
• Knowledge of compliance, accreditation, service or quality improvement
• Knowledge of HEDIS
