Job summary

Essential RN licensure and a BSN are required, with a Master’s degree preferred. 40 hours per week, full-time, with a schedule that may include WFH facilities in residence time zone.

• RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs and initiatives to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvement interventions and tracks process and outcome measures.
• Manages and coordinates POSC workplans and facilitates relevant groups.
• Contributes to enhancing healthcare services and patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develops policies and procedures to improve system performance and patient safety.
• Keeps up-to-date on healthcare innovations and research.
