Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an RN to lead quality improvement initiatives across clinical services, aligning with HEDIS and CAHPS goals. You will analyze workflow, measure performance, and support the implementation of council workplans to advance patient care quality.

You will collaborate with POSC stakeholders, develop evidence-based interventions, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-value care in a full-time, remote-capable role. A BSN and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Essential KSAs include knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytic skills.
• Working knowledge of quantitative/qualitative data analytics.
• Clinical and practice requirements essential to meet patient care needs.
• Ability to handle sensitive information ethically.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• RN licensure required.
• Ability to execute, deliver, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvement interventions and tracks measures.
• Manages and coordinates POSC workplans and facilitates workgroups.
• Contributes to patient outcomes by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Develops policies and guidelines to improve system performance and patient safety.
• Keeps up to date with healthcare innovations and best practices.
• Provides training to healthcare professionals on HEDIS and CAHPS.
• Collaborates with POSC stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.
