• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytic skills.
• Working knowledge of quantitative/qualitative data analytics.
• Clinical requirements to meet patient care needs.
• Ability to handle sensitive information ethically.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse clinical settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing.
• RN required; adept at problem solving and decision-making.
• Collaboration and teamwork; growth mindset; execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvement interventions and tracks process and outcome measures.
• Manages and coordinates POSC workplans; facilitates workgroups and committees.
• Contributes to enhancing healthcare services and patient outcomes.
• Develops, revises, and implements policies to improve system performance and safety.
• Stays up to date on healthcare innovations and contributes to research utilization.
• Provides training on HEDIS and CAHPS related performance.
• Collaborates with POSC stakeholders to ensure cross-functional participation.
